Jason is a born-and-raised Texan whose career reflects both the scale and spirit of the Lone Star State. With more than 20 years of experience in the Development, Management, and Compliance of multifamily housing, he brings a rare combination of big-picture vision and technical expertise to every project he leads.

Over the past 12 years, Jason served as a Senior Development Associate for LDG Development, one of the nation’s largest and most successful affordable housing developers. His vision and leadership were instrumental in building LDG’s Texas development platform, where he helped deliver more than 10,000 units across 45 multifamily tax credit communities, representing over $2 billion in total development costs and more than $300 million in tax credit awards. During his tenure, LDG achieved recognition as the #1 affordable housing developer in the country, a milestone driven in part by the projects Jason participated in and the teams he helped shape.

Today, he serves as the Founder and CEO of Arrive Development Group, where he and his team focus on creating workforce, affordable, and mixed‑income communities across Texas. Their work is civic-minded and is grounded by intentional site selection and purposeful design, all accentuated by a commitment to delivering quality housing in partnership with nonprofit organizations. This intentional approach reflects Jason’s belief that housing is more than just buildings; it’s an opportunity to create better outcomes for residents and stronger, more resilient communities.
